irizarryc30
I took on this challenge, knowing little to nothing about developing, and have been super busy learning Blender and using the MS SDK. Thus far, I have been working on terraforming and fixing coast and terrain elevation, around the MUGM Leeward Point Airport.:pilot: As well as learning how to customize and import objects. Still having problems importing PBRs from Blender, but the work continues with models getting custom paints until I get the PBRs to work. This is what I have so far:cool: Anyone interested in helping or using the scenery? CGIXii
irizarryc30
Hello everyone, Phase 1, has taken longer than anticipated due to an SDK issue with terrain, especially elevation of coastal areas at 0MSL, and re-working Textures which are taking me quite long. I hope to have most parts of the Leeward area done by June 2021. Currently ongoing, Terraforming Leeward, near buoys and No wake zone. Meanwhile I have completed the outside of ATF tower, Main AMC Terminal/Hangar Notes: The project is to have a significant resemblance of Leeward Airport was during the Haiti earthquake in 2010. All references are from either Public Domain, dvids, Public Affairs Office, Guantanamo Gazette publications, & personal experiences (based on public space access & photographs) This is for entertaining purposes only, and for those who currently fly, or would like to fly a GTMO Route from Jacksonville or Ft Lauderdale Florida. If you can't wait for the release of a C-130 and or other Military style cargo Aircraft by MSFS or third party, "Give me a Thumbs Up" CGIXii
