jonahbird
Has anyone succeeded in sliding across these menus to a second monitor?
marjal
Yes, that works, I use it for camera, weather and the moving map, sometimes for ATC. Open the window ( like camera), make it 'big' by pressing the icon left from 'x' (close), press this icon again. Then drag to your other monitor. I must say that my second monitor is a laptop, connected with a program called 'spacedesk', i'm pretty sure that this works on a monitor as well regards Albert
jonahbird
Thanks Albert I will give that a try. The method you describe may explain how I did it once, but haven't been able to again. At the time I did fiddle about and may have followed your method without realising it. Regards Frank PS Have just tried it, and it works. Thanks again, Albert. Edited September 9, 2020 by jonahbird
marjal
Great. Keep in mind that FS 'remembers' what you had open and re-opens the windows at the next flight. No need to close these windows. Regards Albert

Markg55
That is way cool. I have a 10" Win 10 Tablet. Going to give this a whirl. Thanks!
Dante777
Unfortunately, detaching views and moving them to second monitor significaly affects FPS, on my system 3-7 less, which is relevant if you have only 30-40 frames/sec
