jlbelard
You want to clear the runway after landing, and your plane goes anywhere it wants except the direction indicated by your joystick... The latest MSFS2020 fix did not address that problem so here is the question: Did anyone find a solution to alleviate the crazy and unexpected direction that most planes experience while taxiing? I have a Logitech extreme 3D Pro and whether I turn very gently or not, the plane goes on its own! Sensitivity adjustment did not do any good Thanks for any input J-Louis J-Louis Belard, 6 miles SW of KGAI Dell XPS,8930, I-7 9700, 32GB DD4, 512 SSD, 2TB HD, 6GB GeForce GTX 1660
Kurtvw
Check to see if any other devices have the rudder mapped to them. I have seen some people mention that an XBOX controller connected will cause all kinds of headaches with other devices, so if you have one of those on your machine, disconnect it before getting into FS. Just the same tho, could be coming from another device also. So its probably worth flipping through the devices FS lists on the controls screen and see if any of them have rudder mapped. debarshiduttagupta
I have the same problem, I have Saitek Throttles and Rudder Pedals and the Thrustmaster Airbus TCA stick. After touchdown , the roll is very smooth but as soon as i hit the toe breaks on the pedals, baam , it goes either left or right.
jlbelard
I will try to see whether the keyboard has rudder mapping conflicting with the joystick. Elvensmith
Also switch off rudder assist, I was having all sorts of issues steering on the ground until I killed that one in the Assist list. Vern.
