However before writing off the other aircraft have you done the joystick and throttle configuration (i.e. do a full range of movements) within the Sensitivity sub menu? (And save with F11). But when I load it again the auto pilot isn't on and the trims usually airleron or rudder is miles and miles out. Unless you can get the autopilot on quickly enough, you crash. That can't be right.
