In there search for: ryanair 737-800 default fsx In the results you will find repaints for the default fsx 737. Download, unzip the downloaded file, read the 'readme.doc file with install instructions that is included, and install. That's probably the easiest way to get hold of a Ryanair 737. There are also complete downloads of complete planes around, with ryanair paint, but probably without 3d cockpit. Start by installing a paint to the default 737. That way you at least have a starting point. Besides, there are over a 100 more paints available for the default 737 for all kinds of airlines.
