oglitsch
When looking for new files for FS2004 I get the message "No Search Results". When selecting All New Files, also FS2004 files appear. Something goes wrong here..

SA747
Hi I am having the same problem. When trying to access the File Library-New Files-All New Files, you get the message No Search Results-No Files matched your search criteria. I presume there is a problem as in all the years I have being using this wonderful site, there are always new files uploaded daily. Rob
Founder Nels_Anderson Posted December 29, 2016 Founder Share Posted December 29, 2016 We were doing some work on the web site yesterday that caused some unanticipated problems. Everything should be working correctly now though. Please reply if you are still having this problem today. It also can't hurt to clear your browser cache and cookies to start fresh when having a problem like this.
rick
If anyone is having any problems then you need to: Clear your browser cache and cookies, If that doesn't fix it, go to a command prompt and run the following command: ipconfig /flushdns We apologize for this problem. It was caused by a misconfiguration in our new DNS service. If you have any problems, please let me or Nels know. Thank you for your patience! SA747
I have tried but still no joy. At work using Windows Internet Explorer after clearing browser cache and cookies, I got the file library to work, but at home where I use Windows 10 and Google Chrome, I can't get the newest files to display. I have no idea how to go to a command prompt on Windows 10. Hopefully someone here could point me in the right direction. Rob
