FS2002/FS2004 Flight Plans KCVG To KPHL. Flight plans from CVG (Cincinnati) to PHL (Philadelphia). This flight plan consists of four charts (departure, arrival, ILS runway 9R and PHL airport diagram. The departure and arrival plates go hand in hand and connect at the Johnstown VOR. Then a hand-off direct to Modena VOR for the approach.
