FS2004 Flight--TEAL Auckland to Chatham Island 1952. Your flight starts at Mechanic's Bay, the site of the TEAL flying-boat base. This was situated just a stones throw from the city center. You will fly the route at about 3500 feet altitude and the course will take you via NDB's (non-directional beacons) before you head out to sea and the destination at Chatham Island, where you will land in the bay adjacent the final NDB (not in the lagoon near the current land-base.) Departure is at 8:30 AM and your flight time is approximately 3 hours. Your aircraft is the Short Solent IV created by Jens Kristensen and which is available here under the name SOL_4_V1.ZIP.
