FS2004 Aer Arann AI Flight Plans - winter 2005. In the 1970's Aer Arann began flying as an island-hopping service from Galway to the Aran Islands. Then in 1994 Aer Arann was purchased by Padraig O'Ceidigh who transformed the airline into the popular regional airline it is now. Currently serving 17 destinations both within Ireland and the UK, using their fleet of modern ATR-42-300 and ATR-72-200 aircraft, Aer Arann plan to expand from March next year and will be adding flights to Lorient in France.
