FS2004 Scenery--Fort Louvois or Fort Chapus, France. Built in 1691 during the reign of Louis XIV, between the island of Oleron and the continent, Strong Chapus, or Strong Louvois, protected the southern access from the port of Rochefort. Preserved remarkably well, this building shelters a model of the basin of Marenne oyster as well as a museum. By Frederic Picci.
