About This File
FS2004 LANICA-TAN BAC One-Eleven 412. One of four operated by LANICA, this was the only one that was purchased new. Delivered in April 1967 and partly owned by TAN-Honduras, it initially flew in this joint LANICA-TAN livery. Damaged by machine gun fire during a hijacking in December 1971, it returned to Hurn in January 1972 for the burnt out interior to be replaced after which it was re-delivered and later stored. It was sold for executive use in October 1972. Requires the BAC One-Eleven 400 model by David Maltby. By Garry Russell.
