FS2004 Boeing 738 NG Panel. This is the 2005 update of the Boeing 737-800 uploaded last year. It is photorealistic and contains a real-life main panel, radio stack, throttle console and an overhead Panel. It should make your longer flights somewhat more enjoyable.
