FS98 utility--Weather 98 by James E. Donnelly. Weather98 is an adventure file which alters weather randomly over time and/or distance. This means that as time passes or you travel a certain distance, the clouds, winds and visibility will change. Temperature, wind direction and velocity will also change with altitude.
