Air Catalunya is a airline based at Gerona-Costa Brava Airport trying to become a new Catalonian regional airline, operating out of GRO and BCN and flying to Madrid and Tangiers. This plane OY-BPH (cn AC-580) "Pedraforca" was wet-leased from North Flying and crashed in Aberdeen on Christmas eve 2002 due to multiple bird-strikes on take off.
