FS2004 Fix For SCDS Yak-40 v1.3. The patch represents a revision and tuning of several flight dynamics aspects (analog stabilizer axis, handling, modes of engines, fuel flow). Also the night lighting in VC was corrected to have more realistic red light look. Reinstall any v1.3 liveries if the patch was applied after the liveries were installed.
