FS2004 VAL-U-PROP DC-3 Panel .Cfg1 Fix, for use with James Underwood's FS2004 DC3 panel package DC3JCU04.ZIP. A couple of people have complained that the .cfg1 file did not survive the upload/download process, due to a mistaken comma prefix. If you are having trouble, here are both .cfg's for the panel without prefix in zip; hopefully this will solve the problem. By James Underwood.
