FS2002/FS2004 1937 Aeronca LC Update Packet, for use with AERONCLC.ZIP. This update makes some improvements on the panel as well as repairing the 're-start problem'. Updates include a revised config file, new tachometer, mixture knob fitted to 2D and VC panels, and the throttle knob fitted to the 2D panel.
