FS2004 NOAA Dash 7. Textures onle for use with DASH7CIR.ZIP. This repaint represents an aircraft in the service of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Their mission is to observe, report, analyze and forecast severe storm and hurricane conditions. While they do fly DeHavilland Twin Otters (DHC-6) among many other aircraft for these missions in real life, this aircraft is a fictional livery for the U.S., has a modified fuselage which includes an observation cupola immediately fore of the wing box.
