FS2002 ProjectAI BBC Biman Bangladesh Airlines Fokker F70. Launched in November 1992, the Fokker 70 was designed as a shortened fuselage derivative of an earlier model. The design program planned to retain as much commonality with the larger model as possible. Both aircraft are essentially the same, minus the already mentioned fuselage reduction. The F70 first flew in 1993. The aircraft is 101 feet 4 inches / 30.91 m long with a wingspan of 92 feet 1 inch / 28.07 m. The F70 is powered by two Rolls Royce Tay Mk 620 engines and flies at 450 knots / 833 km/h / 0.68 mach with a range of 1900 nm / 3519 km. The F70 has a crew of 2 and can accomodate 70 to 80 passengers.
