FS2002 Rain And Snow Effects Fix. This file replaces the effects.cfg file of both of the Rain Effects and Snow Effects downloads with the original FS2002 file to solve the problem of rapidly blinking strobes. It also includes revised Rain.fx and Snow.fx files to compensate for the change. By Brian Neeld.
