CFS2 Soviet Air Force Hurricane IID. the Hawker Hurricane Mk.IID, used by Soviet Air Force, was given an extra armor protection and re-equipped to carry a payload of two FAB-100 bombs. The delivery of this version of the Hurricane to the Soviet Union began in 1943 through Iran. Some of them were used against German armored troops at Caucases. A total of about 3000 Hurricanes of all modifications were delivered to the Soviet Union by U.K. during WWII. Original plane by by Mauro Giacomazzi and Corrado La Posta. By Vladimir Gonchar.
