The Messerschmitt Bf109, in its various variants, was the most constructed aircraft of all time; over 33,000 were built. This model is of the Bf109e3, the main opponent of the RAF during the Battle of Britain. This version flew during the Battle of Britain with 1 Gruppe, Jagdgeschwader 3, the famous white noses.
