FS2000 Free PIC Editor v2.3. This version adds the ability to create arcs with a lat/long centerpoint and corrects previous versions of IAP files so that the runway and extended centerline shows on the cockpit display. Free PIC Editor is a tool to make new or edit existing Terminal Procedure (IAP, DP and STAR) files for 767 Pilot in Command. It provides an easy fill in the blank format with a lookup feature to find runway, fix or navaid positional and frequency data for inclusion into a Terminal Procedure as waypoints. Arcs are easy to create. Airspeed and altitude restrictions may be added. Waypoint order within a Terminal Procedure can be rearranged easily. By Terry Yingling.
