FS2000 Alternate Lear Panel v2 Fix for use with JALL45V2.ZIP. Replaces the chronometer which froze the sim at exactly 16:59:59 hours. Now uses the Concorde's clock (GMT only). Also uses a better OMI. Standard Edition compliant. By Allen Lavigne.
