About This File

FS98 Gloster Gladiator update, now with full moving parts and visual problems fixed. The Gloster Gladiator entered service with the Royal Air Force in 1937 and as a front line fighter until eclipsed by the Hurricane. It then soldiered on into the early 1940's in the desert and Mediterranean theatres, gaining fame when for about 4 days, 3 of them named "Faith", "Hope" and "Charity" were the sole air defence of Malta against the incessant Luftwaffe raids. This one is in the colors of 73 Sqn RAF in 1938. By Frank Elton/Wells/Moriarty/Michael Vader of Pegasus Aviation Design. (Previous version had 1282 downloads).
