LEMNOS Historical Review Lemnos (or Limnos) is a Greek island, since ancient times, with a pure Greek population. Due to the old volcanic activity, it was considered as the island of Hephaestus, the god of Fire. According to mythology, Zeus in a dispute with Hera threw his son Hephaestus from Olympus to the land of Lemnos. Hephaestus set up his workshop there and taught the art of metallurgy to the inhabitants of the island. The lglm Limnos airport scenery was made over a period of 5 years and includes multiple moving parts, such as AI vehicles, moving people, night effects, air and sea traffic. Google earth was widely used for the 3D representation and the depiction of reality contains many fantastic additions to the airport and the surrounding area. An atmospheric scenery was created to provide a realistic flying experience in FSX. You can also find a video of scenery capabilities in youtube:

lglm Limnos airport_Update

Boats, ships and sea traffic.
They are 2 static and 6 moving ships in the scenery of Limnos.
This update adds moving AI ships to the scenery. These are the Diagoras ferry, the Afroditi yacht, the commercial achilles, the tourist limnosexpress, the small limnos ferry and a coastguard boat. Static ships in the Gulf of Moudros are a Hydra-class frigate and a Super Vita missile boat. The Hydra-class frigate, the Diagoras and the Super Vita missile launcher, are accurate models made in Sketchup and can be downloaded by anyone who wants to from there.

Thank you for this wonderful scenery with many objects (villages) but no problems with FPS😃

One thing I didn't find a trafficfile for the boats? Did you forget? It is not a big problem because I can such files make for my own.😉

Πολύ ορέα ευχαριστώ😆

i see 3 left and 3 right lights in your photo. It is completely strange to me. I didnt see something like that in both 2 pc i have instaled the scenery.

There should be power transmission poles there, but they are not visible in your photo

I tried to find the same place and think there are some sceneryelements missing at the picture from andreasprotzen.

Especially the mentioned Prerequisite installations in the installationpdfile eg Greece Mesh Terrain or others.

Maybe there is a other extra scenery (not from the LGLM scenery). If you are using the Little Nav Map software you can proof all bgl-sceneries which influence the island Lemnos scenery.

I hink I have to live with that.

I'm not more intersted spending a lot of time to find a result even not working. So I decided to abandon this "story".
