FS98 Siemens-Electric Extra-300LE Novelty: Electro Power in FS98!! Electric Version of FS98 stock Extra 300S acrobatic aircraft. The Extra 300LE is powered by a 260 KWh (349 Hp) Siemens-electric SP260D motor. Top speed is 212 Mph (184 kt), with an average RoC of 2300 fpm. The original Extra 300S Flight Dynamics have been modified for the electric motor with jet engine parameters. Battery power is emmulated with a 1 USG fuel tank for minimal weight difference (6 lb) between full and empty charges, and fuel consumption is set at 163, for 20 min. acrobatic flight endurance. Custom gauges included are KWh Engine-Power, KWh Battery-charge, and Engine-RPM. Custom electric motor sounds and electric flight checklists also included.
