About This File

FS2004 Flight Plan Swapping Routine. Flight plan swapping process and demo environment. This is a small revision of my flight plan swapping process originally written in 2009 and used since that time. It is re-released slightly altered and with a small demo environment that you can use outside of FS2004 to ressure yourself about how it works. It will cater for users that have their flightplans on drives other than the C-drive, and who also use the Scheduled Task feature to automate flightplan swapping. There are instructions including pictures showing aspects of setting it up. The demo environment comes with a set of flightplans that will have Air Force One travelling to various countries over the course of a year. A file is provided that gives you the names of the aircraft flying in the BGLs, to save you from decompiling them to find out. You can use Peter van Der Veen's AIFPC to bulk decompile and recompile if you want to change the plans, for example altering AI aircraft names. Alternatively you can also download the 74 52-week plan sets (52-WEEK_FP_SET_1.ZIP), in which the Air Force One entourage is also present in source format. By Matthew Ministry.
