X-Plane 11 Scenery--ULLI Pulkovo 1.0, Russia. Pulkovo (ULLI) is a Russian international airport serving the city of Saint Petersburg. The airport has two paved runways: 10L-28R (3397m) and 10R-28L (3397x45m). VAC chart is included in the zip file. This scenery was created with custom made buildings and hangars, based on real pictures. However, some libraries are needed for standards objects (see below).
