FSX/P3D C-160 Transall LTG63 Flyout "Retro Brummel 2021". The Transall C-160 is a tactical transport aircraft developed in the 1960s by the Franco-German consortium Transporter Allianz, which is used by the air forces of Germany, France and Turkey. The type designation of the shoulder-wing aircraft driven by two propeller turbines is made up of the purpose (C for cargo) and the wing area (160 m²). After the Lufttranportgeschwader 61 was dissolved and the Transall of Lufttranportgeschwader 62 was replaced by the Airbus A400M, it is now time for the "old lady" at LTG 63 to retire after 58 years in the service of the German Air Force. Textures by Frank Felix. In the summer of 2021, the Transall with the tactical identifier 50 + 40 was given a spectacular "flyout" paint job. In this eye-catching outfit, the various NORM paintwork from different eras are combined. Many loving details tell of the history of the Transall and its possible uses! Together with another C160, the "Retro Brummel", as it was affectionately christened, went on a tour across Germany so that everyone who feels connected to it can say goodbye.
