About This File

FSX/P3D v4,v5 DeHavilland DHC2-MK3 Turbo Beaver. The DHC2 MkIII Turbine Beaver model replaced the piston engine of the standard Beaver with a 500,13 kW (680 ehp) Pratt & Whitney PT6A-6 or -20 turboprop engine. An extra section was added to the fuselage which allowed an extra fuel tank and two additional passengers. New native model, textures, landing lights and turbine gauges by A.F. Scrub. I wish he could remove the modeling for the right engine exhaust from the VC view. You wouldn't see it sticking that high up given it's position in the exterior view. Love this airplane but that has bothered me (and I mentioned it before) since the original was released.

Is this a replacement for the earlier model or different enough that it is a new model?

cgsimpson-"Then where is it on the external view?" Still think it's unnecessary if it's not modeled on the external!
