ScottishMike 264 Posted June 12, 2021 Share Unable to use this as the manufacturer in the aircraft.cfg can't be changed. All my aircraft are categorized by the manufacturer of the real world aircraft. (With over 2000 aircraft it becomes almost impossible to find the correct aircraft otherwise). When I change the "manufacturer=Boeing" in the aircraft.cfg file the aircraft will not display. Shame :-((
deckr 11 Posted June 12, 2021 Share I hope one of those great aircraft repainters paints one of these for Alaska Airlines.

jucano2 10 Posted June 13, 2021 Share If oyu put the lines above it appear as aircraft manufacturer Boeing in fs2004
ScottishMike 264 Posted June 13, 2021 Share Hello jucano2, inserting the lines above does not help, if the "ui_manufacturer= *" is changed the aircraft simply does not display in the aircraft listings. Not on my fs2004 system anyway.

cdome 10 Posted June 13, 2021 Share Try editing the file BEFORE importing it into FS9. That worked for me. Also, run it in any version of P3D with no editing problems.
cdome 10 Posted June 13, 2021 Share Also edits in FSX.
igami 48 Posted June 14, 2021 Share The possibility I can image for a guy who is saying won't show up is.He is may be using at P3DV4 or later and try to use FS2004 model. As written has to swap the MDL file to P3DV4's when using. P3DV4Or later can't understand FS2004 model as a common sense.
