FSX DC4M Update

FSX DC4M Update. This is an update for FSX of the Canadair DC4M enhanced VC by Jens B. Kristensen. Besides adding the other wheels and updating the flight dynamics, I added a HUD and different start switches to the VC and 2D panels; the start switches with the panel made the aircraft jump and crash, at least for me they did. I changed, deleted, resized, and added gauges to the 2D panel, including a better autopilot. By Bob Chicilo.
