No, there's a change on the engines textures, tail/tailcone part and APU position.

I noticed that, too. Kind of a pity as all my v2 repaints appear as grey aircraft fuselages. Workaround (for the moment and not conform reality) is to change the aircraft.cfg file as well as the .air files but keep the v2 model file unchanged. Don't forget to adjust the sim=TDSBoeing737-MAX8 line into sim=TDSBoeing737-8m for each repaint you have in the aircraft.cfg.

Will be a daft question, because i do not know but may anyone kindly tell me is there something i still need after downloading the base package or i need to do to get the lights to function aside from landing and taxi lights? i only recently discovered that there are actually planes one can download and repaint, so to say im a novice is an understatement. sorry for this very dumb question .:eek:
