The Piper Comanches (PA-24's) I found the PDF Checklist suggested 21-Inch manifold pressures to a tach readings of 2,500 - 2,600 gave the best speed and fuel (17 GPH) burn rate. Installation of these tune ups, just select the airplane you'd like to update and copy the Aircraft.CFG files over your existing files.
