X-Plane 11 Scenery--Bear Valley Airport 73CA California 1.0. This scenery package contains Bear Valley Airport (73CA) and custom ortho overlay (zl19). Bear Valley is a small airstrip in the Sierra Nevada 30nm south of Lake Tahoe, CA, USA. Its field elevation is 7073 feet so check the density altitude before trying anything here. You got 3200' of gravel to get you down or up. It also goes under the name Bear Valley STOLport. For the helicopter pilots out there, there is a helipad to the north across the Alpine State Hwy 4 that has been taken care of. Make sure you visit the gas station owner when visiting. He is a nice fella'. The custom ortho overlay will sit on top of any runway and taxiway textures in order to use the 'natural' textures. If you use Ortho4XP, the tile configs used can be found in the "read me.txt" file within the archive.
