About This File
FSX/FSX:SE Scenery--KSQL-San Carlos Airport. San Carlos Airport (KSQL) is located in central coastal California (CA), USA and is a publicly owned, public use facility established in July, 1952. KSQL features a 5000 x 75 foot lighted asphalt runway with a two box VASI left side each end. The airport has a lighted wind indicator in a segmented circle and a sunset to sunrise land airport beacon. The airport is home to 323 aircraft - 287 single engine, 23 multi, 4 jet and 9 helicopters. This version came about as an attempt to provide a more accurate version of the airport and the surrounding area using the stock FSX scenery with no add-ons. The project uses all freely available libraries and is an approximate representation of the airport. I would like to thank the creator of the file for the Rutan LongEZE, Olivier Marechal, which is sitting on the roof of the Hiller Museum. I tried to contact him but was unable to.
