About This File

FS2004 Scenery--Gods Lake Narrows CYGO in northern Manitoba Canada. Gods Lake Narrows is a small settlement on Gods Lake, around 40 miles southeast of Oxford House, a recent post. It a population of under 100. There is a documentary web site about the settlement, the details of which are on Wikipedia. Like most of the other northern settlements there is no permanent road access. There are a number of other airfields in this vicinity, some of which are to serve settlements and others to serve fishing lodges. The airfield at Gods Lake Narrows is close to the settlement and has a gravel runway of just over 3,400 feet, aligned 14-32, lit, and with PAPI at both ends. This is posted as an individual airport with textures etc but can be added into the Gillam post by copying over the BGL's and textures (though the textures should all be already in the Gillam post). Whatever you prefer to do. If you find an error email me please. By Roger Wensley.

Dominic, One thing I have discovered is that making a scenery and then posting it with all the required bits (mdl buildings, and their textures, land and water masks, ground textures, library object bgl's , flattens, fs9 original scenery objects deletions etc) is straightforward. Making a scenery, using it, and then trying a year later to put it together as a post is a pain.
