FS2004 RV-9A New Textures / New Panel

FS2004 panel.new\ panel.cfg comment

I was made aware that my new panel for RV-9A did not have a RPM gauge. I was trying to make my sim panel match a photo of a real RV-9A. I would think the plane has a RPM gauge but it is not seen in the photo.

I also noticed that I did not use 19 in my list of gauges so I will use the gauge19 in the process of adding a RPM gauge. Please edit the panel.cfg as follows using the new locations. Using windows10 you may need to remove panel.cfg from its folder, edit the file, and do not forget to return the file to its proper folder.
