FS98 Dornier S-Ray 007 Flying Speedboat 2007 two-seat amphibious flying speedboat by Dornier Seawings, based on their 1912 'Libelle', built from reinforced plastics with carbon fibre reinforcements, equipped with retractable landing gear. It is powered by a 100 hp Rotax 912S engine mounted on the parasol wing, and has a top speed of 143 mph (124 kt). Water and land touchdown versions are provided. The latter has the retractable landing-gear, and the former has underwater sponson and keel portions disappearing below 46 mph (40 kt).
