About This File

FSX/P3D Model Slider Software. Many people merge a VC but don't move the VC position. Instead of moving a VC move the eyepoint in the model.cfg. But in that way eyepoint will be different from the position where it should be. At the worse case I saw was difference was more then 10 meters. And those will change the feelings of the landing and taxing. This tool moves the VC model to a correct position so that you can fly at correct cockpit position. By Hiroshi Igami.

Are you saying you can use this software to ADD a VC to an airplane that does not have one. Or are you only able to switch out the VC for the model already has a VC?

No it's not same

The basic knowledge  to understand
On FSX / P3D there is no way  to move a model position  of exterior and interior model to different position.
And there is no rules where to place the plane on the data.
So only if interior and exterior model creator is same , can be matched.

But merging means  2 models ,  interior and exterior is at different position.
Moving a eye point is just matching to the VC's position but that means
At some case , Nose gear position will be much forward of the cockpit.
Motion you see from the VC won't match.
This has been a problem for  a long time on merging VC's .

This tool is to  move the VC model and match the VC to the Exterior's position.
To solve that matter.
