X-Plane 11.50+ Vought F-8E Crusader 1.0.1. The Vought F-8E Crusader is the final fighter variant of the Crusader, a single engine carrier-based supersonic fighter. The F-8E prototype flew on June 30, 1961 and 286 F-8E have been built. It took part in the Vietnam war and the one presented here is an aircraft of VF-211 "fighting Checkmates" on USS Hancock.
