About This File

MSFS 2020 Cessna C-152II N95508 Repaint. This repaint is for one of the Cessnas I flew out of GFW Aeroservices at Boire Field (KASH) in Nashua, NH during my private pilot flight training in the mid-nineties. The plane was eventually exported to Poland in 2007. By Tom Perry.

I have no 152 liveries folder not aircraft.cfg in the community folder. Do you have other liveries that built that or did you skip steps in your instructions?

Have a look in your "Official" folder

My pathway to Aircraft is:

User\Official\OneStore\Asobo-Aircraft-C152\SimObjects\Airplanes\Asobo_C152

Aircraft.cfg is in \Asobo_C152

I got it sorted out. Thanks. Nice livery. Added bonus that it's from KASH. Kids and grandkids are all in Nashua. Just moved south chasing the sun this past year but have had many a fine breakfast at the Midfield Cafe.

Thank you for this, but I am struggling to add it. No problem with the editing of the .cfg, but I have no experience with the layout.json file. You say to "Add the 2 following sections to the file, following the format that is in the file", but what do you use to open and edit such a file? This format is new to me. - Kenneth

I'm sorry, I wrongly assumed everyone knows about the livery megapack, which includes a bunch of C-152 liveries. If it's not here at flightsim.com, you can find the file at msfsaddon.org. I'll try to figure out a way to create a way for people to install this fresh.

P.S. The last thing you want to do is edit any files in the main directory. All modifications should be placed in the "Community" folder.

A great aircraft to learn to fly in very forgiving for a student pilot I learned at Biggin Hill England in 1987 then went onto the the Robin Dr400 and the stomp with a bit of flying in the Jodel.
