About This File

FSX Scenery--Tonopah Nevada (NV), USA. This is not the way Tonopah really looks but it is better than there being no town at all which is what you will find in the default rendering. The town is small but still a town. I placed it not far from the airport so it is easy to find and see from the air. I also added some buildings to the airport to make it look more interesting. Thanks for your recent uploads! Always looking for new FSX quirky stuff. Drove thru Tonopah two years ago from Death Valley back home to Ky. Stayed in a little motel. Must say yours is much nicer than the real. But, I was fascinated by the old derelict hangars at the airfield. Apparently, old Army Air Force WWII vintage.

Thank you for your comment. I like the idea of adding things to FSX that we don't usually see but are real to life. I have been through Tonopah and there isn't much there. The old hangers that I used are in the FSX default scenery library. I like the way they look too.
