X-Plane Traffic Global 747F Polar Air Cargo Worldwide 1.0. Extract the livery and place in Traffic Global's 74Y folder. Interestingly, if you look at the 'Traffic Global Flight Schedules', you won't see "Polar Air Cargo Worldwide" (maybe because the name is too long?) What you will see is an American "N" call sign and a 74Y aircraft. I noted that in the missing liveries page, quite a few missing liveries have now been substituted by this livery, so expect to see them around worldwide, but definitely at RJAA, RKSI, KCVG PANC RJAA and VHHH.
