FSX Native Howard 250 Trigear - Release v1.0

I found out why the plane would not turn on the ground. In the aircraft.cfg file, Under [contact_point], the eighth number, I bracketed the correct number. Change the 180.000 to an much smaller number, I used 75.000. Now the plane can steer on the ground.
