FS2004 Calgary International Airport AFCAD. Basically if you haven't downloaded the Emmanuel Mwandosya Calgary update v1 (CALGARYV1UPDATE1.ZIP) that fixed the problem of using CanUK's scenery, that was payware but now a little out of date and so there has to be someone who needs just an AFCAD.
