FSX Default DHC2 Beaver Wheels. How to convert the FSX default DeHavilland DHC-2 Beaver into a taildragger wheeled version. I like the FSX default Beaver but I want to land not only on water but also on ground. Unfortunately I cannot change the model to add wheels for an amphibious version or for a taildragger gear. But you can change the contact points in the aircraft.cfg to make it work like an aircraft with wheels. Here are the changes for an amphibious version (which are also available elsewhere on the internet) and, more importantly, for a taildragger version, because that is what I really wanted. It works fine, it only looks awkward from the outside with the floats sticking halfway in the ground. By Detlev J. Rohmer.
