FS2004 Gloster Gladiator Mk2 N5531. A repaint for Dave Molyneaux's FS2004 Gloster Gladiator Mk2. In April 1940 18 crated Sea Gladiators were unloaded at Malta and the Royal Navy agreed to pass several to the Royal Air Force for the air defence of the island. The arrestor hooks were removed and the aircraft formed the Hal Far Fighter Flight. Three Gladiators were given the names 'Faith', 'Hope' and 'Charity' although the names were not official and were not painted on the aircraft. 'Hope' (N5531) was destroyed on the ground by enemy bombing in May 1941. Repaint by Peter Watkins.
