X-Plane 11 Scenery--CYRM Rocky Mountain House Airport 1.0.1. Rocky Mountain House Airport, is located 3 nautical miles (5.6 km; 3.5 mi) north northeast of Rocky Mountain House, Alberta, Canada. Rocky Mountain House is a town in west-central Alberta, Canada located approximately 77 km (48 mi) west of the city of Red Deer.The town has a long history dating to the 18th century with the presence of British and Canadian fur traders during the westward Canadian expansion. In 1799, the Hudson's Bay Company and the North West Company each established the Rocky Mountain House and Acton House fur trading posts. You may wish to use this airport as your starting point to visit the nearby city of Red Deer, CYQF, just over 70 nm almost directly east. This is a lego-brick scenery and uses the megabytes of art assets already included in your installation of X-Plane.
